The Venue at Crooked Willow Farms is conveniently located 35 minutes South of Denver and North of Colorado Springs, delivering an exceptional experience one celebration at a time! A Brides suite specifically designed to accommodate all bridal party needs can be found steps from one of the many ceremony locations. A dedicated grooms’ area delivers expected and unexpected amenities! Host your ceremony inside or outside, dance the night away under the market lights and stars in the Courtyard or enjoy the elegance of the Ballroom. Lola’s Loft delivers a rustic elegance, set in the upper level of a 1920’s barn. This is an ideal area for a post reception party or back up ceremony space should there be inclement weather! So many ways to customize your celebration, you design it and Crooked Willow Farms will deliver!

The venue rental fee is inclusive of dining tables and white folding chairs, accommodating up to 200. The venue accommodates up to 250 so additional chairs can be rented, if applicable. Crooked Willow Farms supplies event planners with so many unique options that you'll have another reason to celebrate! Located in the exclusive Plum Creek Valley, just 35 minutes south of Denver and north of Colorado Springs, Crooked Willow Farms provides one of the most diverse and unique venues in the region. This 90 acre property offers multiple hand-crafted event spaces that are rich in history, amenities and breathtaking views. At Crooked Willow Farms, you will discover indoor and outdoor spaces built to accommodate small dinners, fundraising galas, social celebrations, and intimate ceremonies. Select Crooked Willow Farms today and start building memories. The Venue at Crooked Willow Farms rental is up to 12 hours and is exclusively yours for the day as we only accept one event per day. The Venue at Crooked Willow Farms is available April–October.
Design:
The Venue offers indoor and outdoor space with rolling fields surrounding the property. The events lawn is the main outdoor space along with a park, for a more intimate setting. The courtyard, surrounded by the Carriage House is centerted admist the buildings that includes amazing event space. The event spaces to enjoy include a loft in a 1030's barn, a sports lounge and cigar room, a photo booth, a two room bridal suite with private restroom, a kids room that can be adapted into a tasting room, a wine room, main ballroom and more! Accents of the design include market lights suspended above the courtyard, uplighting on the main trees, a turret going up to the loft, sliding oversize doors converting the space to a seamless experience indoor and outdoor. And much more! 
Celebration Locations
Ballroom:
Impressive hand-crafted double doors welcome guests into this grandiose room. Rustic interior design including walls of white pine, red brick accents, and windows flanked with custom wall sconces restore the original barn motif of the venue. Four chandeliers are set 19′ above. Further into the ballroom, the ceiling drops to just under 13′ designating a presentation or main entertainment area. In this area, you can design a stage, dance area, or even project programming elements.
- View: Overlooking the courtyard from the side full size pane windows and out the sliding doors accented with a cathedral arch you see a Colorado butte that rises above the property.

Lola's Loft:
Designed with rustic hammered steel railings, cathedral windows and circular stairs, the hand-crafted turret entrance into Lola’s Loft is as grand as the entire property. Sconces provide an elegant illumination as you travel to the second floor loft where you are greeted with a wall of more than 75 pillar candles continuing the welcoming glow. The original red oak floors reflect soft lighting from wagon wheel chandeliers suspended above and natural light peeking through the side and the double doors.

Events Lawn:
The Events Lawn acts as the welcoming ground of The Venue at Crooked Willow Farms, set directly adjacent to the Carriage House. This manicured open space is ideal for any type of outdoor activity complete with breathtaking views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. From company picnics to the perfect wedding site, the Events Lawn is perfect for any occasion.

Crooked Willow Farms holds a liquor license so we provide all beverage services that are requested and/or required.
