Venue Setting

We are happy to accept online reservations for parties of up to 10 guests. For accommodations of parties greater than 10 guests, please email contact@thevelvetcellar.com or call us at 720.676.9116.If you are unable to find street parking, there is valet along Wynkoop Street while public lots and garages are tucked around near the corner of 15th & Wynkoop.Executive Chef Jon Simoneau has developed a menu that features a range of New American dishes that can be enjoyed with your closest friends and family. We refresh our menu seasonally so our guests always have something new to look forward to. Sommelier Chris Dominey leads the wine program and has carefully curated an extensive selection of wines that is both approachable and would satisfy any connoisseur.
