Located near Downtown San Diego, the Sanctuary is an indoor & outdoor event space located on our Good Life Vacation Rental Hotel Property. Note: There is a 4 hour minimum on this event space. Bookings made that are less than 4 hours will be canceled. Guests must pay $40 Cleaning Fee prior to booking your event. Please make sure to add this fee on in the 'Add-ons' section prior to booking.
Featured details of the event space include:
• Event Capacity of 120 guests
• Historic Church with unique arches and double hung windows
• Full kitchen & long live edge table
• Exterior deck with shaded areas
Amenities provided with the event space include:
• BYO Catering & 2 BBQ’s
• Alcohol BYO or option for purchase (Must pay $40 BYO Catering & Alcohol Fee)
• ADA Event Space
• 2 Gated Spots & Free Street Parking
• High Speed Wifi
• Resort Security Cameras
• Legal Hotel: Our event space is legal as we are a certified legal hotel. You are free to host your event or party without worry that your event will be shut down.
Note: The Sanctuary Event Space requires overnight booking. You may book as little as 4 bedrooms or as large as 33 bedrooms at the same resort.

As the Sanctuary Event space is located on resort property, you may upgrade your event to include:
• Additional Event Space
• Photobooth
• Staff for your event
• Alcohol Package
When you add-on Overnight Lodging, you can additionally add-on amazing perks for your guests including:
