- The Scene:
Welcome to The Redbury’s newest addition, a New York home away from home for business and leisure travelers alike. Like its sister properties in Hollywood and South Beach, this Midtown Manhattan hotel is in the heart of the action. Located in Manhattan’s burgeoning NoMad district, it’s just a short jaunt from the Empire State Building, Madison Square Park, the Theatre District, Fashion District, Museum Row, and all of the boutiques, restaurants, and nightclubs Downtown.
This legendary neighborhood was home to the late 19th century and early 20th century music publishing mecca known as Tin Pan Alley. World-renowned photographer and Redbury Creative Director Matthew Rolston dove deep into New York’s illustrious history as one of the birthplaces of American pop music and rock ‘n roll, incorporating elements of this narrative into the property’s 265 newly-renovated guest rooms and interiors. In addition to our thoughtfully-inspired accommodations, we are home to Marta, a Roman-inspired pizzeria from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, and Bar Marta, a cozy lobby bar.
- Standout Venue Features:
The outdoor terrace is the perfect place for a private event, or as an addition to the ballroom for a larger one. It’s an ideal setting for a spring or summer cocktail party, for example, and gala or wedding guests can gather on it for intimate conversations, a bit of fresh air, and an urban New York City view.
• 1100 sq ft
• Terrace accommodates 60 guests for a reception or up to 50 seated for a banquet
• Catering and custom-menus from Marta, a Roman-inspired trattoria located inside the hotel’s lobby
We have partnered with Danny Meyers’ renowned Union Square Hospitality Group to offer in-house events catering and custom-menu packages from Marta.- Extra Perks:
- Standard tables and chairs, wireless internet access, access to 2 flat screen televisions, state-of-the-art sound system, adjustable lighting, prep kitchen on event space floor, coat check closet, complimentary access to terrace with event space rental, and complimentary water station upon request.
