Whether they're staying in one of our domes sleeping under the stars or waking up in one of our deluxe tent cabins to the healing sounds of the river and singing birds, you and your guests will be surrounded by a peaceful environment that helps to promote a sense of overall well-being, peace, and joy. Read a book in a hammock by the river, enjoy the views as you sit in our outdoor sauna, enjoy a romantic drink by firelight and watch the setting sun reflecting off the water. Whatever you choose to do here, you'll find yourself taking a deep breath and smiling.

Space to Gather: You have the option to provide your own catering or to take advantage of our outdoor bistro which offers a diverse menu of delicious farm to table meals that incorporate local fresh ingredients and a full bar. Our outdoor bistro has an attached deck, offering comfortable seating. In the evening enjoy the fresh air & ambiance of soft lighting, tiki torches, relaxing music, & the stars above. Our pavilion area comes equipped with table & chairs, comfortable seating, fire pits, a TV, food prep area, pizza oven, and multiple grills. The ultimate hang out area. There are multiple smokeless Breeo firepits and Adirondack chairs situated along the river where you can enjoy a drink and good conversation around the fire while watching the sunset over the water. Endless smiles and memories are waiting to be made! 

Things to Do: There are plenty of things to do while staying at The Preserve or one can simply relax and unwind by the fire. Those looking for a little more action can take a kayak or canoe trip down the Battenkill, grab a tube and float on the river or enjoy a variety of yard games such as golf and cornhole. Explore our beautiful property on foot or grab a bike and take it for a spin. There are many spots along the river to enjoy a little fishing. Our outdoor sauna offers a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Hammocks along the riverbank allow for a peaceful afternoon getting lost in a good book. After a fun filled day everyone can gather round for a movie night out under the stars. We've got something for everyone! 

The Preserve is situated on budding state park land, with a quarter mile of riverfront and ample space for tents as needed.
