The Pitcher Inn is home to a Vermont style Relais & Châteaux dining experience and an à la carte farm-to-table dinner menu created by Chef Jacob Ennis. With thoughtfully sourced ingredients, an appetite for detail, and service that is as knowledgeable as it is warm, our restaurant is a romantic option for your trip to the Warren, Waitsfield, or the Mad River Valley at large. The freshest seafood, locally sourced meats, Vermont artisan cheeses, locally gathered wild mushrooms, and native fruits are artfully combined with fresh and seasonal vegetables and herbs from nearby farms. Dining at The Pitcher Inn

The Pitcher Inn is home to a unique Vermont dining experience where fresh and seasonal ingredients come together for an inspired and sophisticated farm-to-table menu. Paired with a cocktail, a craft beer or vintage wine, a meal at The Pitcher Inn is exceptional. Wine Spectator honored The Pitcher Inn with its “Best Award of Excellence” for our wine cellar featuring nearly 500 bottles, from small producers and some of the world’s finest wine growing regions. We welcome you to choose from two delightful dining rooms: The Main Dining Room, an elegantly casual space with an ever-changing collection of original paintings from the Edgewater Gallery in Middlebury and downstairs in our casual Tracks Tavern with a playful country décor. Tracks and the Main Dining Room are generally open Wednesday through Sunday, 5 – 8:30 p.m., closed Monday and Tuesday.
