The Peligoni Club is a members-only beach club in the unspoiled north of Zakynthos, the southernmost Ionian island in Greece. With our dramatic coastline, wild surrounding landscape and utterly tempting deep blue sea, The Peligoni Club is an enchanting island setting in which to host a wedding in Greece.

Half-way down one of the seemingly deserted coastal roads, you will find Peligoni. The clubhouse and wooden sun decks are perched above the utterly unspoiled seascape, where the only interruption from the endless blue is the distant silhouette of neighboring Ionian island, Kefalonia. This is raw, untouched Greece, and a truly a magical spot for any celebration.

Peligoni is a sun-drenched home away from home, where you can kick back, let your hair down and watch the world float by. Small and personal with a focus on quality over quantity, the club will mold itself around your idea of the perfect Greek island celebration.

We know how important it is for the celebration to be imprinted with your personal style, so we will work with you to customize every detail. From intimate candle-lit dinners under the stars to Greek-themed raucous parties or glamorously decorated traditional marquees, our events team are on hand to put together an awe-inspiring backdrop for your celebration. Together, we will work with local vendors to source everything from wonderfully pretty local flowers to the authentic Greek terracotta vases we place them in.

The rocky, northern hills of Zakynthos have remained largely untouched for decades and in contrast to the tourist-filled towns ubiquitous to so many Greek beaches, this island is marked by hills covered in wildflowers, olive trees and the occasional goat. Pleasing a lot of people is not an easy feat. So we plan ahead with our Head Chef to tailor menus to suit your vision. From Greek-inspired feasts to platters of delicious, unpretentious food, we’ll ensure no one will ever go hungry. Along with menu planning, we can curate a specific wine list and cocktail menu to be served as and when you prefer. Bollinger with breakfast? Sure. Aperol Spritz on the beach? Absolutely. Afternoon tea? Anything you want. We’ll do our best to make it happen.

THE ROCK CAFÉ

Ideal for breakfast and afternoon tea, The Rock Café is led by our team of friendly baristas who will serve up a fresh smoothie or a double-shot flat white, depending on what time you got to bed. Slowly sip your order while you sit back with yesterday’s newspaper, or take it away to the decks.

THE YARD BAR

Modelled on the best après-ski haunts in the Alps, The Yard Bar is a buzzing afternoon spot for a snack and a tipple. The dream post-watersports hangout, it has generous tables for whiling away the afternoon with a board game, a book or one of those long holiday catch-ups with friends and family. And for those who can’t quite fathom why anyone would spend an entire day lying on a lounger, The Yard Bar was built to keep you amused while your other-half worships the sun.


THE DRIFTWOOD BAR 

As the sun sets, guests gather at The Driftwood Bar to sample our array of delectable cocktails prepared by our team of skilled bar staff. The beating heart of the Club, The Driftwood Bar is where we all gather for the much-loved evening entertainment, sundowners and nightcaps. And best of all, it only closes when you say it does.
