Venue Setting

Located on the bluffs in a private community south of the Newport Beach Coastline, this 20,000 sq. ft., Mansion is made available to a select few private events per year. The philanthropic Homeowners built this authentic ocean view Florentine Villa over a period of 6 years, importing almost everything directly from Italy to custom build from the ground up. Each year they graciously donate their home to several charities within their community of Orange County.

Additional Charges

A few events are booked at this Private Estate per year on a per case basis. The price point for an event here is $125k-$250k. The cost of the Private Estate itself starts at $50k-$80k, and the Estate cannot be booked alone. Client is required to have a professional established Wedding Planner or Corporate Meeting Planner based on type of event. TLC Professional Services are required for the Location, as well as certain required Vendors. NO overnight stays. This Private Estate is one of a kind, and subject to availabilty on a per case basis.
