Venue Setting

Located on the bluffs in a private community south of the Newport Beach Coastline, this 20,000 sq. ft., Mansion is made available to a select few private events per year. The philanthropic Homeowners built this authentic ocean view Florentine Villa over a period of 6 years, importing almost everything directly from Italy to custom build from the ground up. Each year they graciously donate their home to several charities within their community of Orange County.

A few events are booked at this Private Estate each year on a per case basis. The cost of the Private Estate itself starts at custom pricing $60k-$150k. On average Mansion, Food & Beverage packages range $200k & up. The Mansion cannot be booked alone. Client is required to hire Location Connection ("TLC") as the designated event planner or an outside credentailed professional Wedding Planner, Event Producer or DMC are welcome to work at this Estate for luxury special events. TLC Professional Services are required for the Mansion as well as certain required Vendors. NO overnight stays. Certain outside Vendors are allowed on a per caase basis.This Private Estate is one of a kind, and subject to availabilty on a per case basis.
