- Our property spans 22-acres, including four theatres, an outdoor plaza, park, and gardens. Set in some of the most notable landmarks of Southern California from some of the most prolifics architects of our time, including The Music Center's Walt Disney Concert Hall designed by Frank Gehry, our downtown Los Angeles location provides an iconic backdrop to the event of your dreams.
- Design:
- Stern Grand Hall, situated within the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, is approached by a grand, mirrored stairway flanked by sculptures by Enzo Plazzotta. The Hall features an elegant interior including Bavarian crystal chandeliers and columns of gold Byzantine-style tiles. This beautifully adorned space can include an outdoor balcony that overlooks the city, Jerry Moss Plaza and the San Gabriel Mountains.

- B.P Hall (Walt Disney Concert Hall):
- A dramatic focal point of The Music Center’s iconic Walt Disney Concert Hall, BP Hall provides guests a large, open floor plan with high ceilings and huge skylights for productive meetings, seated dinners, or bustling cocktail receptions. Featuring Frank Gehry’s mesmerizing architecture, BP Hall offers the perfect canvas for elaborately lit evening events or naturally lit daytime gatherings.

- The Blue Ribbon Garden:
- The rooftop Blue Ribbon Garden is a perfect setting for wedding ceremonies, receptions and pre-theatre gatherings. Removed from the hustle and bustle of Downtown L.A., the garden is surrounded by the dramatic, sweeping exterior of The Music Center’s Walt Disney Concert Hall and features lush landscaping, a signature fountain and dramatic city views. City ordinance requires that events in this space end by 10:00 p.m.

- 5th Floor Ballrooms/Salons:
- Located within the historic Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, the Fifth Floor boasts a grand ballroom accentuated by floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views of Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Mountains. The Fifth Floor can be rented as one expansive ballroom, or broken into three smaller event spaces.

Abernethy's, located on Jerry Moss Plaza at The Music Center, is a destination restaurant offering an ever-changing culinary experience. Pulling emerging Chefs from across Los Angeles County, Abernethy’s highlights the diverse flavors and people of the city for special, limited-time engagements. Each resident chef creates their own experience - creating their own menus, redoing the space's art, and even providing playlists for diners to enjoy alongside their meal. With an expansive outdoor seating area on Jerry Moss Plaza, Abernethy's offers views of the bustling fountain and theatre-goers alike. asterid by Ray Garcia, located in The Music Center's Walt Disney Concert Hall, boasts modern, California-inspired cuisine from award-winning chef, Ray Garcia. Inspired by Chef Garcia’s Angeleno experience, asterid lives to discover and celebrate Los Angeles’ mosaic of diverse cultures and culinary richness through vibrant, ingredient-driven menus in a warm, lively atmosphere. Authentically from and for Los Angeles, asterid features Chef Garcia’s California-inspired menu and bar program that celebrates the spirit of L.A. This restaurant offers a private dining room as well as patio and lounge spaces overlooking Grand Avenue and museum neighbors, The Broad and MOCA.
Kendall's Brasserie, located on Grand Avenue, offers the conviviality and energy of a lively French oasis. As a spirited and vibrant respite for gathering, dining, and toasting, Kendall's team has energized beloved French dishes with local ingredients and a touch of “je ne sais quoi”. This restaurant has a private dining room, semi-private dining area, and sectioned off room with its own bar.
Walt Disney Concert Hall Cafe a grab and go cafe offering gran & go food, beverages, and rotating, daily hot entrees in a Los Angeles landmark.
- Bars & Lounges:
- The Mullin Wine Bar, a small but mighty wine bar on Jerry Moss Plaza at The Music Center, offers a wide-variety of wines, house-made cocktails, and a small menu of quick bites, including flatbreads.
Hope & Grand Events also offers portable, full-service bars that can be added to your event space anywhere across The Music Center campus.
