The Muses is a non-denominational event space located within the complex of the Greek Orthodox Church of Southampton. With a capacity of over 300 people indoors and 500 outdoors, we can accommodate a variety of seating configurations. Civetta Hospitality (Amali, Bar Marseille, Juniper and Calissa in Water Mill) oversees food, beverage and for the Muses. Our award winning culinary and beverage team executes with restaurant level professionalism and care.

Venue Features

The scene:: A variety of indoor and outdoor spaces allow for flexibility in your wedding’s timeline. Use the Great Lawn for an outdoor ceremony space followed by cocktails and passed appetizers on the two smaller lawns, then lead guests into the Hall for seated dinner and dancing.

We have ample outdoor space for a cocktail hour, wedding ceremony or reception and plenty of on-site parking.
Design:: The Muses is decorated to highlight the beautiful area it sits on. With double hieght cielings and floor to cieling windows, you are met with gorgeous views of our meadowy cocktail areas and gardens. Adorned with chic southampton flair, you can visit any of our elegant lawns or fully furnished lounges. Our halls have Chiavari chairs, linens, and large format dining tables.
Standout venue features:: The Muses offers dining options that range from elegant to rustic and fun. Some dining experiences include whole roasted spring lamb or suckling pig, salt-baked local fish, or a New England style clam bake.
