At the heart of the venue, an open air courtyard doubles as an artisanal marketplace. Located in an up and coming urban, industrial zone near the heart of downtown Santa Barbara and just steps away from the Funk Zone arts district - the Mill is uniquely zoned to allow the manufacturing of wine and beer on-site. Specifically, The Mill contains a production winery and tasting bar, craft brewery and tap room, specialty restaurant, an event center, and a high-end design showroom.

Accommodations: The Mill provides on-site accommodations in The Loft, a high-end penthouse apartment overlooking the open air courtyard at the Mill. The Loft is newly remodeled and outfitted with custom made furniture and design pieces from, Millworks, the design showroom at the Mill. The Loft provides guests with a design-forward, comfortable guest experience. The kitchen in The Loft features state of the art appliances and is fully equipped with all the necessities to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal. The apartment features two master suites with plush king sized beds, flat screen TVs, Sonos, and large walk-in closets. The two bathrooms are well appointed - one bathroom provides a bath/shower combination and the master suite features a luxury shower and a double sink vanity. A large living room with a plush oversized sectional couch provides the perfect spot to relax. For a relaxing outdoor experience, guests can lounge on the furniture on the attached private patio and observe the excitement happening down in The Mill courtyard.
