With just five weddings per year, the combined properties of The Madrones and The Brambles offer an unparalleled setting for your special weekend. Our fees include complete use of two stunning properties with the flexibility to create your own unique wedding experience. The Madrones and Brambles can host up to 38 of your guests and on-site camping is available at The Brambles. With advanced planning, neighboring Indian Creek Inn and Indian Creek Campground can accommodate an additional 60+ guests. For your wine-country destination celebration, we can offer your guests suggestions for local activities and itineraries, closed room tastings and farm/vineyard tours to ensure your wedding is memorable and happy.

We provide a variety of settings—from charming English gardens to a magical redwood grove—for the ceremonies and celebrations that comprise your wedding. Perhaps you want to host an intimate rehearsal dinner in the courtyard, where the bubbling fountain and classic architecture call to mind Old Italy. Enjoy al fresco dining on the Oak Terrace, and dance under the moonlight on the outdoor dance floor of the Redwood Pavilion. The Hidden Grove and Cottage Gardens both provide a peaceful space where you and your loved ones can gather to honor your love’s promise.

A wedding at The Madrones & The Brambles includes:

  • ӹ Ceremony & Reception at The Brambles for guests up to 150 people with multiple event locations to create your own unique experience. This includes 6 hours of event time (4-10pm) additional time can be purchased.

  • ӹ Use of Madrones English Gardens or Oak Terrace Courtyard for rehearsal event 5-10 PM (5 hours)

  • ӹ Use of The Brambles for Farewell Brunch for 2.5 hours (9:30 AM – 12 noon)

  • ӹ Established Exterior Lighting and Power in multiple event areas.

  • ӹ On site parking for 60 plus cars.

  • ӹ Four separate bathrooms for guest use.

  • ӹ Full use of Camp Pavilion which includes lighting, dance floor, mobile bar and camp room.

  • ӹ Eight Patio heaters (additional fuel charge).

  • ӹ Full catering kitchen that includes two convection ovens, six burner stove, refrigeration/prep area.

  • ӹ Use of Spa for Hair/Make-up prior to event.

  • ӹ The use of three to four items from our vintage prop shop for staging.
