For booked rooms in the hotel we have a State Tax (12%), a local City Tax ($2.50) and onsite Parking ($15) daily added to the room rates.
For F&B Events we charge a 22% service charge on all food and beverages for the event, in addition to the 7.75% Sales Tax.
In order to book our Courtyard for an event, the group must also book our 4 Junior Suite King rooms and our Village Suite King room as these rooms have direct access to the courtyard and the room patios come out into the courtyard. Other then that room stipulation, there is no minimum room block required for the courtyard.
Should you wish to book our Restaurant and Bar for a private event, we do require a hotel buy out in addition to the $7,500.00 ++ on a weekday night or $10,000.00 ++ Minimum to close it down to the public.

Classic Queen - The Landsby features a clean, contemporary design, influenced by a traditional Scandinavian aesthetic.
Tower Suite King - This luxurious two-story Suite features a sitting room with a fireplace & wet bar, bedroom with a King bed and a large jetted soaking tub in the bathroom.
The completely remodeled, bright and open guestrooms are finished with blonde woods, brushed brass accents, and elegant but comfortable hand-crafted furnishings complete with updated bathrooms.
The Suite is located in the Tower of the building and has a unique option of adjoining to a Queen guestroom.
