Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel. A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. Please note that the hotel does not accept prepaid credit cards or cash upon arrival. Pre-authorisation will be requested to be debited from your credit card upon check in. This is a pre-authorisation only. No funds are captured until check out. Should you wish to pay with debit card, full payment is required upon arrival. The health club opening hours are as follow: - Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00 - Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00 Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily. Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details). All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.
