The Hollywood Beach Bungalow is nestled between Malibu and Santa Barbara, in the historic neighborhood of "Hollywood Beach" (Also named "Hollywood-By-The-Sea"). Hollywood began filming movies in the area back in the 1920's and 1930's. It then became a desirable destination for vacation homes. When you exit the front door, each direction will take you to the sand in 60 seconds. Walking distance to Channel Islands Harbor, Channel Islands Beach, Mandalay Beach Park and the ocean! Also nearby, restaurants, shopping, water sports, a gym. Located just over an hour from Los Angeles and 30 minutes or less from both Santa Barbara, Malibu and Ojai. Our venue is available as a vacation rental, for intimate photo and video shoots, retreats/workshops or intimate special events. Homeowners are professional creatives and the home is decorated perfectly.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom have french doors opening up to a back patio. The communal space is an open floor plan, from the living area, dining area and kitchen. Is great for photography or wellness weekend retreats. There is also a garage which stores 4 beach cruisers and various games, washer/dryer. Plenty of space to store supplies for an event.
