Accommodations: We have a Main House with 13 bedrooms, 10 rooms with king beds, and 2 room with two twin beds. We have four cottages. The Buttercup, Sage and Bluebonnet Cottage each have 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a king bed and one bedroom with two queen beds. The Serenity House has three bedrooms, two bedrooms with a queen bed, and one bedroom with two twin beds.

The scene:: Explore 25 beautiful acres of riverfront property. Whether you're fishing or swimming in the gorgeous Guadalupe River, taking a stroll down the long winding drive, or simply enjoying coffee and a view, this is the ideal place to relax and unwind. Our property is also a lovely peaceful abode for any gathering and offers a stunning backdrop for weddings.
Design:: Each bedroom has a different blend of original antiques and country elegance and features private bath. The main hosue rooms provide a lovely view of either the sunset or the sunrise, as well as the spacious grounds and the Guadalupe River!
Standout venue features:: All guests have private access to the river on the property, as well as the pool. Outdoor grills are also available for guest use. The pecan orchard makes for a lovely photo opportunity as well!
Extra perks:: Complimentary breakfast is included when lodging is booked.
