Set on McKenzie's Farm, The Greenery has access to 80 acres of fields, forests and orchards. On a clear day, you can see Mt. Washington.

Venue Features

The scene:: A barn, we are not. There is little that is rustic about The Greenery. The exterior has a very Joanna Gaines inspired look with board and batten off white siding, black framed windows and a dark gray metal roof. The interior is the epitome of a blank space, with off white walls and ceilings. Gardens and a private apple orchard are nestled in and around the grounds of The Greenery with ample outdoor space for a tent, games, or a ceremony. A covered patio connects to the main event space allowing for guests to flow in and out easily while enjoying the fire pit out on the lawn or a photo op in the orchard.
Design:: The lighting fixtures in the main event space have been handpicked with our design team to blend and disappear with whatever styling the client chooses. The back of The Greenery has been engineered to hold a wall of windows, floor to ceiling, which brings the outdoors in but still remains neutral. We can’t contain our excitement for what this will look like during peak foliage season. The parking lot, as well as the private bride/groom patios, each have full landscape plans set to tie the entire property together. Space for an outdoor ceremony is at your discretion- whether it’s in one of the surrounding fields near the venue itself or on another location on the farm property. If your wish is to have a tent, The Greenery’s property can fit one regardless of size and shape.
Standout venue features:: Two, separate landscape architect firms were commissioned to design the surrounding grounds of The Greenery so that during each week of spring/summer/fall there is full bloom potential and ample photo ops. A private apple orchard was meticulously planted directly abutting the patio which would serve as an amazing backdrop for a tent or outdoor ceremony. Whether its the gas-fired lanterns at the entrance or the champagne toast in front of the indoor/outdoor fireplace, The Greenery is filled with thoughtful detail never competing with your style.
