At The George Ballroom we work on a minimum spend basis which is dependant on the booking date and time. The minimum spend must be covered by a package of food and beverages, should you not be able to meet the desired minimum spend, the remainder would be charged as venue hire fee.
Additional charges include AV/Sound equipment and security. Styling, flowers, entertainment and cake are not provided by our team, but can be coordinated on your behalf through our range of preferred suppliers - costs dependant on your requirements.

The Salon sits alongside the Ballroom, this space can be used as bridal suite for use during your event.
In St Kilda, there is a wide range of accommodation available for guests to book including, luxury hotel suites, mid range hotels, holiday apartments and budget accommodation.
Styling, flowers, entertainment and cake are not provided by our team, but can be coordinated on your behalf through our range of preferred suppliers.
