Our barn sits on a 54-acre farm surrounded by open fields and sweeping views of the farmland.
We welcome our guests with a long tree-lined driveway to an old stone farmhouse and a beautifully restored barn that dates back to the early 1800's. There are sweeping views of open fields with beautiful tree-lined borders. There are so many amazing places for the perfect photo-ops all across the property, from our rustic fire pit area to our wine-barrel cocktail patio as well as a vintage grapevine fence.

Venue Setting

Our "Barn" was originally built back in the 1820's. Our barn sits on a 54-acre farm surrounded by open fields and sweeping views of the farmland. In the Summer of 2016, we had an Amish Crew re-build every last detail of "The Barn." We were able to maintain the integrity of the barn while adding some modern amenities to ensure your Special Day is amazing, including Bridal Suites for both the Bride & the Groom. There are beautiful chandeliers and white market lights over the dance floor. The Barn is large enough to seat about 160-200 people depending on your table layout with a dance floor. There are several places on the grounds for additional tents, a stable area for cocktails/hors-d'oeuvres, as well as many places to host your ceremony under a rustic wooden arbor.

Lastly, we have an onsite "farm to table" bakery that specializes in rustic dessert bars, mini pies and beautifully designed wedding cakes. We source local ingredients and use only an organic whole wheat white pastry flour from Small Valley Mill for all of our baking. We do offer gluten-free items, as well as the option to make your baked goods using spelled flour.

The scene:

There are so many amazing places for the perfect photo-ops all across the property, from our rustic fire pit area to our wine-barrel cocktail patio as well as a vintage grapevine fence. Our beautiful gigantic barn doors that adorn the front entrance to our venue make the perfect setting to start your journey together. You will not be disappointed.
Design:
Our 200-year-old barn has been fully renovated by an Amish Crew who kept all of the old rustic charm features, but also added the perfect modern amenities. Featuring Edison bulb lighting, vintage farmhouse lighting, as well as rustic chandeliers throughout. We have beautiful rustic cross-back chairs for your reception and several antique tables that make the perfect accents to your special day.
Standout venue features:
We have a "Farm-to-Table" bakery on site that specializes in rustic wedding cakes and customized dessert tables. We make everything from mini pies, mini apple dumplings to elegant wedding cakes and cupcakes. Our wedding couples enjoy coming to the barn and sitting on our patio with our baker to taste all of our great items and design their desserts for their special day!

Rental Fee Includes:

  • Includes use of “The Farm” for a 2-hour engagement photo session.
    5 Hours of event time, not including set-up or clean-up time. (We only book 1 event per day, so you are more than welcome to come early to set up the morning of your event.)
    All tables & chairs for your event. We have Rustic Cross Back Chairs, 8 Foot Rectangular Tables and High Top Tables for use on Patio.
    Ample parking for you and your guests close to “The Barn.”
    Seating Capacity in The Barn is 160 guests with a dance floor or 200 for a cocktail reception. Several options for cocktail hour. To expand seating capacity, there are also several places on the grounds for an additional tent for a dance floor under the stars or additional seating for the reception.
    Beautiful newly renovated Bridal Suites for both the Bride & the Groom.
    Climate-controlled beautiful Restrooms.
    A scheduled time for rehearsal the day before or day of your event.
    Day of furniture set-up - you provide us the floor plan and we set-up the barn for you.
    Assigned Wedding Day Coordinator by Thistle Lane Events to help with the floor plan, ceremony and vendor coordination.
    Day of Staff Included: Clean-Up/Set-Up Crew, Site Captain, and Parking attendants based on the size of your Wedding.
    All trash removal.
