Venue Features
The Scene:
Our venue (built in 1908) is set just off an historic street in Portland. Brick buildings line the way to our front door. Exposed concrete guides your way up the stairs, or you may use our convenient elevator to get to the space. 
Design:
Our historic building provides the character for the space, with exposed concrete and beautiful bay windows. We have taken care to update the space with modern details and amenities, so walking into our space feels fresh and polished. The ballroom unfolds before you with an original maple dance floor and soaring ceilings. Original windows stream in natural light through our gorgeous plant installations. 
Extra Perks:
Included with every rental is the use of our round 5 ft tables, our black wooden folding chairs, and our bistro tall boy tables. Cleaning fees are built into each rental fee, as well as the staffing of a site manager.
