All rates listed above include a 6-hour block of time along with the following:
Wood slat back padded chairs for reception, white plastic folding chairs for
ceremony, guest tables, food tables, beverage tables, cake tables, gift table,
guest book table

Catering minimums are as follows:
- Friday and Sunday events - $28 per person or $3,500 (the greater of the two)
- Saturday events - $35 per person or $4,500 (the greater of the two)
- We allow our clients to bring in their own beer and wine. No alcohol.

*22% service (labor) charge will be added to client’s total bill
