Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Charlie West Hollywood in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please confirm the total number of guests in reservation comment box during booking. Special instructions are sent to guests arriving after hours, please contact the hotel for more details. Registered guest(s) will be charged a USD 1,000 non refundable fee for unauthorized parties, photo shoots and filming. Additionally there can be a USD 200 cleaning fee depending on status of room condition. Lastly any hotel guests that needs to be compensated for being disrupted by an unauthorized event, registered guest will be fined for amount that will be compensated. Please contact hotel directly for third party payments. “We appreciate your understanding that we do not accept pets at our property. Any guest who arrives with an unauthorized pet will be turned away and their reservation will not be refunded. Please make alternative arrangements for your furry friends before booking with us.”
