Venue Setting

The Capri is a historic ballroom located in the heart of Marfa. A newly designed bar, and restaurant adds to the elegance of the Capri’s chic aesthetic design. The dancehall has an exposed steel truss ceiling, with hand-floated concrete walls accented with two adobe walls from the original structure. An upstairs VIP lounge overlooks the dancehall area. Posh furniture, dim lights, and a lavish fabric ceiling create the perfect place for grooms and their groomsmen, or a green room.

Well-manicured grounds are established with plant species native to the Chihuahuan desert. Over 170 species of plants make up the Capri’s botanical garden. Five conversation pits have fire circles designed to keep you warm on chilly West Texas nights. Hammocks, and outdoor furniture are thoughtfully placed throughout the grounds ensuring our guest have several private nooks. A narrow fountain acts as a landscape break between the grape pergola, and the seated garden area.

At approximately 4,200 square feet the Capri is a great venue space for weddings, concerts, parties and catered events.
