The Butcher’s Daughter is a plant-forward restaurant, juice bar and “vegetable slaughterhouse” that has five locations across New York City and Los Angeles. Founder Heather Tierney—of Wanderlust Design—designs each restaurant with a blend of feminine and masculine energy to create flexible spaces for partial or full buyouts.
