- The Scene:
- Centrally located in the historic SoHo neighborhood of New York City – a buzzing fashion and dining district – at the corner of two storied streets, Crosby and Broome. Inside the landmark cast iron buildings are artists’ lofts, design ateliers, and some of the finest dining destinations in the city. Our building – built in the Federal Revival Style – was completed in 1825, but is every bit as modern as the city that’s built up around it. The Broome boasts a cozy and inviting ambiance, thoughtful locally inspired amenities, and a city-savvy staff of New Yorkers. We invite you to think of The Broome as your pied-à-terre.
- Design:
- The fourteen chic and well-appointed guest rooms that occupy the building’s five floors are situated around heart of the property, The Broome’s open-air atrium. The Broome’s delightful common spaces are adorned with an impressive and eclectic selection of art from the owners’ private collections. The ground floor café will transport you to provincial France, complete with an antique foosball table and vintage coffee bar, serving Café Integral alongside Basquiats and Keith Harings.
- Extra Perks:
- High-Speed WiFi, Sonos Sound System, Cafe Tables & Chairs, Heating Lamps, Counter Stools
- The Atrium:
- The Atrium is situated at the heart of the property, set back from the street behind double-paned glass windows. This secluded intimate courtyard offers an escape from the city, just a few steps off the street. Moroccan tiles, hanging ivy, custom lamps, and french-inspired bistro furniture transport you to your own slice of Paris in Manhattan.
