- The Bindery's sleek yet sustainably crafted design helped the LoHi neighborhood to achieve its status as an official Designated Sustainable Neighborhood. These features were presented during Denver's 2017 Design Week, as well as in multiple print publications since our Oct 2017 opening.
We are proud to pour Dragonfly Roasters Coffee which is 100% wind powered, and we do our due diligence on all product sourcing to make sure we are buying as locally and sustainably as possible. In spring of 2018 beehives will be installed on our rooftop and we are actively pursuing better methods of waste reduction through composting and recycling.
The construction and design elements implemented within the restaurant include:

- This main dining room of the eatery offers modern elegance and an open layout. Table arrangements include an option for 30+ person "farm table" seating for classy plated dinners or family style dining.
- - View: Floor to ceiling windows entice the eye towards the downtown Denver skyline with a turn of the head look beyond the bar into the bustling kitchen, and watch our seasoned chefs prepare exquisite compositions of the plate.

- The Market:
- The sunny cafe at the entrance of the restaurant is perfect for medium sized gatherings, comfortably seating 30 guests with room for 40 in a cocktail/reception.
- - View: Adjacent to the bakery, The Market is stocked with fresh baked goodies and our award winning coffee from Dragonfly roasters along on one side of the room. Picture windows showcase the same stellar views of Denver's skyline on two sides.

- Community Tables:
- These high-top tables are perfect for standing cocktail/reception events up to 30 people, or casual seated gatherings of 16 or less.
- - View: This section offers a great view of the kitchen and the overall restaurant, as well as the city skyline

- Northside Patio:
- This small patio is great for laid back gatherings of 20 or less. . Its a great location for watching the fireworks over Coors Field or enjoying our unique cocktails and small plates during happy hour!
- - View: Large pane windows peer inside to the bakery. Seats along the drink rail, running the length of the patio, look out towards Highland Gateway Park and the RiNo.

- Bistro Patio:
- This corner patio is great for casual gatherings of under 25. The quaint cafe tables are perfect for an easy lunch or dinner. This space is alcohol-free.
- - View: Unobstructed views of Downtown skyline, looks across to river front neighborhood and north to Highland Gateway Park.

- Garden Patio:
- This open patio can be fully shaded for sunny mornings and summer evenings, Comfortably sits 30 and accommodates up to 50 in a reception/cocktail setting.

- Try the Queen City cocktail during a bustling brunch, a gin-based bev designed for smooth sipping across from Denver's glittering cityscape. Like my heart is a concoction made with violet liqueur and activated charcoal and pairs well with a round of oysters during the Blue Hour. Spring is around the corner and our sweet pea infused vodka is back on the menu!
