The Belvedere Mansion was one of the first of ten homes built in Bel Air and originally the haven of a popular 1920’s film star. This Elizabethan-style manor has a timeless beauty that embodies both local heritage and old-world elegance. 

The Belvedere mansion rests behind manicured hedges and grand verdigris gates that slide open to admit your guests to the welcoming sound of water tumbling over a triple-tiered stone fountain. The mansion’s authentic English Renaissance look, replete with faux shake roof, leaded glass windows and dark brown trim on a cream colored façade, is accentuated with ivy, trees, and a profusion of colorful flowers. Inside, a vaulted ceiling and sweeping staircase set a mood of grandeur. Museum quality antiques hint at the mansion’s lavish interior décor, but a pair of French doors beckons guests outside onto the spacious grounds. A bit of old world charm, this very private two-story Tudor has a swimming pool and spa, a pergola that overlooks the exclusive Bel Air country club and offers dramatic city views. The Belvedere has been offered to a select few private events per year.
