Nestled on the quiet pastoral farmland just south of Louisville, Kentucky, The Barn at Southern Grace is an exquisite, newly built rustic barn venue perfect for your destination wedding, special occasion or corporate event. Crafted from local Amish-milled lumber, 1800’s reclaimed vintage windows and doors, then lit with breathtaking crystal chandeliers, The Barn at Southern Grace sets the stage for a rustic and refined wedding ceremony and reception venue. The surrounding rolling hills, green pastures, and captivating views provide a stunning background for any event. Although our barn venue includes all-inclusive wedding packages, the venue is also available for rent as a stand-alone product.

With an exemplary team and fully equipped venue, we will work with you to make your vision a reality. The Barn at Southern Grace can accommodate up to 100 guests, ideal for weddings, family or business gatherings, parties and more. For your wedding, you can start your honeymoon right on our picturesque property at our first class inn, Southern Grace Bed and Breakfast (subject to availability). Or reserve the full bed & breakfast for free reign of the estate & surrounding landscapes, a timeless setting for photo ops.

The Barn at Southern Grace is in a charming little town called Brandenburg, just south of Louisville, Kentucky, and southwest of Lexington, Kentucky. We’re located right across the Ohio River from Southern Indiana, residing with our award-winning and internationally acclaimed bed and breakfast, Southern Grace Bed and Breakfast . The Bourbon Trail, the Kentucky Derby, Indiana wineries, the Louisville Zoo, and the Louisville Mega Cavern are just a few attractions just a stone’s throw away from us.

The Barn at Southern Grace is located on the same property of the award winning Southern Grace Bed and Breakfast. The property sits majestically on farmland with beautiful crepe myrtles, hydrangeas, roses, phlox and Jane magnolias. Southern Grace B&B has five quiet, luxurious rooms all with private baths; flat screen TV’s; complimentary NETFLIX movies and Wi-Fi; superior goose down feather beds and luxury linens; and outdoor amenities such as a swimming pool, fishing pond, and farmland. Nestled in the picturesque countryside of Brandenburg, Kentucky, The Barn at Southern Grace is the perfect place to celebrate the happiest day of your life. Its 15 scenic acres offer an abundance of breathtaking spots for a magical “first look” or post-ceremony photo session, as well as many beautiful places in which to hold an enchanting outdoor ceremony. You may also choose to tie the knot inside the venue’s rustic wedding barn, which will provide a charming and romantic backdrop while you say “I do.” Celebrate this happy event with an unforgettable reception in the stunning barn. Featuring local Amish-milled lumber, exquisite crystal chandeliers, and shabby chic details, this idyllic space is a wonderful place to toast your new marriage with all your loved ones in attendance. To make planning easy, The Barn at Southern Grace offers spectacular all-inclusive packages, though you may also choose to rent only the venue. End your special day with a relaxing stay at the onsite Southern Grace Bed and Breakfast; your entire experience at this picture perfect venue is sure to be a dream come true!

Design:
Upon entering the mid-1800's reclaimed antique glass doors into the newly built barn, you will be surrounded by local Amish-milled Lumber, 4 large crystal chandeliers, white sheer swags and white twinkling lights. Enjoy dressing in the bridal suite, relaxing on elegant yet comfy vintage furniture. Rustic yet refined, the barn is charming and practical. The space can accomodate up to 100 guests, ceremony and/or reception, including a dance floor. With a full kitchen available for on-site catering, celebrating is easy! The bathrooms are ADA approved and the barn is completely climate controlled with both A/C and heat.

With their expertise in hosting guests at their bed and breakfast, the owners and staff of The Barn at Southern Grace know how to roll out the red carpet welcoming brides, grooms and their guests to a rustic and romantic experience in Kentucky. Hear braying horses or spy on the mischieveous llamas, stroll along flower lined paths or through peaceful pastures; anywhere you go on the property offers beautiful scenery for any event and especially for photo opportunities. 

Given their experience in hospitality over the years, the owners have created all-inclusive packages to meet any matrimonial needs - from elopement to intimate gatherings to full service weddings and receptions. Perfect for destination weddings, gathering guests from across the country, The Barn at Southern Grace makes it easy to show up to a showstopping event.

Southern Grace Bed & Breakfast Breakfast offers complimentary full course breakfast when you book an overnight stay in the luxury B&B. The Barn at Southern Grace occasionaly serves brunch on Sundays from 10 a.m. till 3 p.m. with options like Shrimp & Grits (with goat cheese and a fried egg on top), Quiche Lorraine, Chicken Salad (on fresh croissants), Fresh Fruit Skewers, & Feta & Vegtable Mini Frittatas.
