Design:
The Allison Inn & Spa is set on a gentle hillside in northeast Newberg, Yamhill Country. Our Luxury destination resort is situated in Oregon's world renowned Willamette Valley wine region, internationally acclaimed for its award-winning pinot noir and varietals. When you adventure on The Allison stunning property walking trails you will experience open air art gallery viewing, gardens, seven acres of vineyards, and valley views. The Allison reflects the ample bounty of Oregon as well as the unique character and heritage of neighboring rural communities. 
 
Standout Venue Features:
The Allison Inn & Spa has many modern elements to enhance your experience. Behind each solid walnut door, you will experience peaceful nights and spacious floor plans. Accommodation in each guest room include a terrace or balcony, gas fireplace, spa soaking tub, original artwork, and luxurious custom-crafted furnishing. Complimentary amenities for all lodging guest include filtered water and “local” snack basket in each guestroom, nespresso coffee maker in each guestroom, booking options for spa sauna and steam rooms during spa hours, booking options for our garden-to-table experience in the JORY restaurant & bar, indoor pool and whirlpool, valet and self-parking, fitness studio, no sales tax in Oregon, and no resort fee.

The JORY bar offers The Allisons signature pinot noir & pinot gris. Wine Spectator awarded JORY Restaurant & Bar with their “Best of Award of Excellence-2016,” recognizing JORY for assembling one of the greatest wine lists in America. The extensive list has been carefully curated to feature Willamette Valley wines alongside legendary bottles from the world’s most famous regions. The Allison wine list presents guests with wines by the glass and a variety of tasting flights to choose from. The breadth of choices from our own region is vast. Vertical flights offer the opportunity to compare wines in categories: Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Oregon Pinot Noir, Northwest Pinot Noir, or A Trip Around the World.

Thanks to the environmental commitment of many local winemakers, our list boasts many eco-friendly, organic, biodynamic and sustainably produced wines. They pair perfectly with JORY’s own environmental commitment to supporting local agriculture by sourcing ingredients from local farms as well as growing most of our own produce within our 1½ acre Chef’s Garden.
