Bring your team and be inspired. Our state-of-the-art meeting spaces feature plenty of natural light and include an 80-person boardroom and a 205-person theater with a deluxe speaker’s lounge. Larger event spaces include a 12,500-square-foot outdoor area and a 3,000-square-foot high-bay space that can be configured in a variety of ways, depending on the function. On-site catering is provided by the renowned Farmer & The Seahorse restaurant, which offers upscale farm-to-table fare.

Our venue offers many unique private event spaces to host brilliant symposiums, conferences, team meetings, celebrations, intimate weddings, social events, and beyond. Our event menus are curated from our on-site farm to table restaurant to fuel your ideas featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients, which are harvested from local farms and our very own organic garden.
Celebration Locations
ILLUMINA THEATER:
The Illumina Theater is the ideal space to host large presentations, conferences, training sessions, and corporate celebrations. Offering 4,160 sq. ft. of meeting space and seating up to 205 guests, you can accomplish all your meeting needs in our Illumina Theater, and beyond. The Illumina Theater offers state-of-the-art connectivity for all your audiovisual needs offering control system capabilities. This space is attached to our private Green Room offering seating for up to 10 guests and is fully equipped

HELVETICA LOUNGE:
The Helvetia Lounge is a flexible space located next to our Illumina Theater and our Chronicle conferencing spaces. Helvetica includes a full-service bar in a swanky speakeasy setting offering the perfect space to host pre or post-meeting events. This space accommodates upwards of 70 guests for reception-style events featuring stationed and/or tray-passed appetizers.

CHRONICLE & LANAI:
The Chronicle Room offers 1,999 sq. ft. of meeting space, boasting natural light during the day with black-out curtains if needed, state-of-the-art AV capabilities, and many arrangements to accommodate your meetings and events needs. The Chronicle is attached to an outdoor Lanai which expands your entertaining space allowing for an intimate break area or a break/buffet service.

AMERICANA:
The American offers spacious and eclectic event space for seated gatherings hosting up to 200 guests in 3,839 square feet. This space is perfect for hosting large conferences or meetings utilizing the full meeting space or use your imagination to make your event's needs come to life. The Americana is located on the backside of our Farmer and The Seahorse Restaurant offering many additional spaces to add to your meeting as needed.

GRAND LAWN:
The Grand Lawn is a vibrant and unique setting offering space to host large seated and reception-style events. The Grand Lawn, being our largest outdoor entertaining space on-site, boasts endless options to host your meeting and events needs in a beautiful outdoor California setting.

Vineyard Lawn:
The Vineyard Lawn, our most coveted outdoor event area can hold up to 100 guests for a reception-style event. We can host a variety of events in this beautiful open space with endless possibilities. If you would like to incorporate other available spaces for [added comfort/a meal/ breakout groups] I am happy to discuss the options.

FIREPIT:
Our Firepit area can host up to 40 guests and is the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying our craft libations.

The cocktail area at Farmer & The Seahorse can host up to 40 guests and is the perfect place to unwind. There are many high top tables for your guests to be seated at while enjoying their drinks and appetizers. This area is connected to the existing bar and perfect for any happy hour or small get together.
