There are four main sites available for hosting a number of weddings and social events! The Bellevue Garden provides an elegant and unforgettable setting for both ceremonies and receptions. The pergola and beautifully manicured gardens frame the perfect setting for your day. With spectacular views of the Willamette Valley and incredible panoramic sunsets you and your guests will celebrate in memorable style. The Grand Ballroom features vaulted ceilings with beautiful wood beams and stylish décor. Generous windows allow for ample natural light, and large glass accordion doors reveal views to the outdoor garden area. Decorated with soft, neutral tones and rustic dimmable chandeliers, the Grand Ballroom brings an ambiance of classic sophistication and northwest design. Enjoy the elegance and style of our outdoor Marquee Tent surrounded by majestic oak trees and the beautiful Eagle Landing Golf Course. With its removable sidewalls, comfortable heat and elegant chandelier lighting this permanent structure is available year-round for any of your wedding events. Whatever part of the occasion it may be, the outdoor Marquee Tent will provide you and your guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The Cave is a perfect hideout for those wanting a private, rustic, and distinctly northwest outdoor setting. With multiple fire pits and plenty of seating, this space can host an intimate group or a crowd looking to party the night away. Take full advantage of the surroundings by hosting a friendly golf tournament on the Par 3, Mini Golf, or Soccer Golf Courses to add entertainment to your special day.

When you book your Wedding at The Aerie, you receive our three main venue areas, The Grand Ballroom, Bellevue Gardens and our Marquee Tent.  We also have our newest ceremony site,  located on our North 18 Par 3 golf course, The Belleaire Greens, available for an additional $500 fee.  Think of it as a blank slate to create your dream wedding.  We have in-house catering so no need to find a catering company, we take care of all that extra work.  There is a 20% service charge applied to all food and beverage that The Aerie provides.  You are allowed to bring in your own desserts from a licensed bakery as well as your own wine and beer for a corkage fee.  Corkage fees are $12/bottle of wine, $105/Keg, $.75/beer bottles. We provide the bartenders and bar set up for a $250 fee that includes the liability waiver for the alcohol.  

For a corporate or social event, any individual space can be rented individually but must be for a minimum of 4 hours. Events are required to use our in-house catering services. There is a 20% service charge applied to all food and beverage that The Aerie provides. You are allowed to bring in a cake/cupcakes from an outside source, as well as your own wine and beer for a corkage fee of $12/bottle of wine and $105/keg -  $0.75/bottle of beer.

The Aerie is located on Mt. Scott, which sets us up high and apart from the surrounding city. The sunsets at the top corner of the pond and fabulous! Head North on hole 1 at the North 18, stop just before the fence and you'll get the best sunset photo you've ever seen.

The scene:
Our French-styled "chateau" is just 20 minutes from Portland, and sits atop the breathtaking Eagle Landing Golf Course on Mt. Scott. The tree-lined entry, timeless stone architecture, and views of rolling greens make an unforgettable setting to say "I Do." The Aerie includes indoor and outdoor spaces for year-round ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridesmaid lunches, grooms golf outings, and more.
Design:
Our Aerie event facility was built to reflect a French Chateau. The stone architecture on the outside of the building is exquisite and glorious for wedding photos. The inside of the building reflects sophistication with a relaxed feel from the dark wood trim throughout. The elegant marble entryway leads guests through two large oak doors and into the Grand Ballroom.
Standout venue features:
We have two 18-hole miniature golf courses right on site and a 9-hole soccer golf course, surrounded by 27 holes of par 3 golf. The Bellevue Garden is set atop the golf courses, surrounded by beautifully manicured arborvitae to allow for an intimate and secluded feel. Our Marquee Tent is included with all wedding rentals, therefore a weather, plan-b is automatically built into the rental - a great necessity in Oregon!
Extra perks:
Reception tables and chairs are included for up to 200 guests. White folding ceremony chairs are included, up to 300. The Aerie provides a professional set-up and tear down crew to manage these amenities. All table linens,cloth napkins, and black spandex chair covers are included in your rental. We have a number of banquet and bistro tables, available for your use. All clients are able to personally design their own event, alongside an event manager. For wedding rentals, 8 rounds of golf is included, as well as access to our fitness center, located right on site! Bridal lounge and groom's lounge are stocked with snack platters and complimentary beverages.
