Our free-flowing indoor-outdoor space is one of the only venues of its kind on the eastside of Los Angeles.
Our property was built in the 1940s and redesigned to pay homage to Silver Lake's rich architectural history. Tenants of the Trees is comprised of two concepts: A cocktail bar reminiscent of a secluded mid-century residence with a sunroom and tree canopied patio and Out of Order, an Eastern European inspired music venue unparalleled in its intimate size and audiophile sound system.

The scene:
Our property was built in the 1940s and redesigned to pay homage to Silver Lake's rich architectural history. Each side of the venue has both indoor and outdoor areas, allowing guests to relax in the California weather.
Design:
Tenants of the Trees is designed with an eclectic, mid-century modern feel.. like being in the backyard of a Los Angeles home. Trees and plants are in abundance with string lights throughout- beautiful wood detail makes you feel like you're in a dream of a treehouse. Out of Order was inspired by a Polish art film, complete with checkered floors, a stage, cool tones, and quirky design aspects.
