Venue Setting

Built in 1923, our space formerly served as a Masonic Lodge to one of St. Paul's Freemason Chapters. The building is adorned with original Masonic symbolism, Art Deco detailing, and a rich history of Freemason secrets. Now, the space functions as a multi-dimensional venue for events of all kinds ~ parties, concerts, weddings, receptions, art shows, fashion shows, intimate gatherings, photo/video shoots, and more. The Grand Ballroom is the main event space, boasting 20 ft ceilings, over 1,500 sq ft of floor space, and a full stage and lighting system. The Studio space is an optional add-on, located across the hall from the ballroom with hardwood floors and lots of natural light. Perfect for a bridal suite, green room, or lounge. There is also a Secret Library tucked away in what used to be the projection room - a great place to sneak away, peruse an array of oddities, and even spy on the Ballroom from the projection slots.

Inside Scoop

The Masonic Lodge was active until from 1923-1985. Laura and Wayne Hlavac purchased the building a decade later from previous owners, who left the building untouched, with the intention of merging their business and home life under one unconventional roof. The building served as the headquarters of their apparel business as well as their home, where they raised three children. Now, Faith Hlavac, their second child, is paving the way for the building's next life as an event space. She and her family believe its time to share their beloved home with their community so all can enjoy its beauty, mystery and magic.
