The views outside are so spectacular that the owners have kept things simple on the inside – think unfussy but elegant furniture and muted tones across the living space and the two en-suite bedrooms. The pool – a bright pop of turquoise in a sea of greenery – is the star attraction here, although there's a tennis table if you're up for a little friendly competition. The inbuilt stone barbecue is one of the best we’ve seen, but if you’re tired of cooking, there are a couple of tavernas scattered nearby, and Agios Mattheos and the beach town of Halikounas are both short drives away.
