Each unique studio space uses purposeful touches to provide a feeling of artistry and possibility all at once (think masterpiece meets blank canvas). These spaces, combined with easy access to The Prop Workshop, allow us to cater to the needs of creative industries and individuals. The Prop Workshop is just one floor away!

We are ideal for fashion shoots, this space is designed for the style-conscious in mind. Photographers, fashion houses, and e-commerce brands can use every inch of the 2500 square-feet space. The room features a wall of windows with sweeping city views and clean color palette finish, using Benjamin Moore Decorator White.

We feature bright light and neutral backdrops, this area serves as a break from the city or a place to enjoy your coffee. This space has design elements like Stuga flooring, a sunken lounge, and unique nooks throughout.
The perfect place to take a second to refresh and recharge, the cafe area features custom made Caesarstone countertops as well as a GE Ice maker and fridge. The smoked glass mirror and matching light fixtures open up the common area and the bar is well stocked, featuring Health Ade kombucha and an assortment of other refreshments.

Our prep kitchen and shooting kitchen is the perfect space to create food and lifestyle content, and an excellent backdrop for small gatherings. The 1650 square-feet space features GE: Café Monogram Appliances, Caesarstone countertops, Fireclay Tile, BOXI cabinetry, Benjamin Moore paints, and Hennepin Made lighting. With views stretching up to Central Park, the studio comes with a living area for styled catalog shoots.
