Sunset Sushi is a viral, uniquely extraordinary 12-seat omakase experience by Chef David Bouhadana (founder Sushi by Bou) & Chef Eric Baker (AlleyCat) housed within AlleyCat Izakaya in East Boca Raton. Sunset Sushi is a warm & welcoming 2-hour, 16-18 course omakase dinner featuring Tokyo style sushi with specialty fresh fish flown in from Japan daily. Loosely translated to, “I'll leave it up to you” the omakase tradition is rooted in the Japanese art of caring for others, a philosophy that defines dining at Sunset Sushi.
