- Steak on Elgin’s new menu reflects its dedication to sourcing only the finest quality produce from the British Isles and beyond. With straightforward categories for appetisers, seafood, meat (beef, pork, and lamb), sides, desserts and cheese, Steak on Elgin serves up a stunning feast crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients. Steak lovers will rejoice at the impressive 100% grass-fed UK-native beef selections that cover all cuts – from dry-aged fillet mignon on the bone, rib eye and sirloin, to porterhouse and more.
With a total of 6 appetisers from the menu, highlights include the Crudo of New Caledonian “Angel Prawn” (HK$178), complemented by arbequina smoked olive oil, cucumber and fine herbs, and Grilled Spanish Octopus (HK$185), cooked to a smoky char with anchovy, roasted garlic and caper sauce (250g). Guests will be impressed by an extensive selection of high-quality UK-native breed meats sourced from the British Isles, including the 30 -40 Day Dry-aged Filet Mignon on the Bone (12oz - HK$480), Dry-aged 100% grass-fed Rib-Eye on the Bone (30oz, serves 2 guests - HK$1,280),Kettyle Irish Salt Moss Cave Aged Porterhouse (42oz, serves 2 guests- HK$1,420), which are 100% grass-fed, 30-35 days dry-aged. Other meat collection at Steak on Elgin also includes a beautiful center-cut Pork Chop (HK$320), from pigs raised in UK’s Wicks Manor farm and fed on home-grown wheat and barley. The lamb is a Welsh Rhug Estate Organic Lamb Rack (HK$680).
Enjoy your steaks with a total of 6 classic sides including bana cauda creamed spinach, hand-cut triple cooked fries, Yorkshire Pudding and more, all priced at HK$78. With a total of 4 desserts on offer, Steak on Elgin offers the comforting classic British flavours of Grandma’s Boozy Trifle (HK$128) and a fine choice of European cheese selection (HK$160 per guest), a perfect conclusion to a hearty dinner. - Bars & Lounges:
- The restaurant stocks an impressive inventory of over 350 bottles of well-curated wines and prides itself on its excellent wine service led by owner, Stephen Wickens.
