At Spring food is celebrated for its conviviality and the joyfulness of sharing seasonal produce. Our cooking is heartfelt, wholesome, produce driven, and cooked by a team of people who are passionate about what they do and who feel truly privileged to work with beautiful ingredients. We hope to create an experience which not only sings on the plate but lingers in the memory.

Additional Charges

We hope to create an experience which not only sings on the plate but lingers in the memory. Our dedicated Event Coordinator will ensure every detail is covered. The Salon, our garden dining room sits up to 36 guests in an enclosed interior atrium, allowing for dining throughout the year. Our stylishly relaxed restaurant is available for hire too and can accommodate 80 for a sit down dinner or 150 for a standing drinks reception.

The Salon

The dry hire fee for the room is £1000.

We offer three seasonal menus £45, £65 and £85 to choose from. We take pre-orders from all guests for their food choices - we're happy to accommodate any dietary requests. Food, beverage and service charge at 12.5% is of the whole bill and paid at the end of the event.  

Our sommelier is happy to recommend some lovely wine choices to match the menu you have chosen.

Spring

Spring is available for exclusive hire. Exclusive hire is £25,000 split between a £15,000 dry hire fee for the room and a £10,000 minimum spend on food and beverage. Service charge is additional at 12.5% of the whole bill.  

Skye will write a bespoke menu for your event with a full menu tasting to follow.
