Venue Setting

Spicers Tamarind Retreat is set on 18 acres of lush rainforest, where guests can enjoy a swimming pool with a heated spa, a restaurant and a day spa. Spicers Tamarind Retreat is located 5 minutes’ drive from Maleny and 20 minutes’ drive from Mapleton. The beaches of the Sunshine Coast are 40 minutes’ drive away. The Asian-style villas each offer garden views and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. All include an en suite bathroom with fluffy bathrobes, slippers and premium toiletries. Guests can relax with in-room massage. Cooking classes are also offered on weekends. The multi-award winning Tamarind Restaurant offers modern Asian cuisine and a menu of local and imported beer and wine.

Please inform Spicers Tamarind Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Bookings of 5 or more rooms will be considered as a group and have separate T&C. Credit Card Payments accepted at our retreats are subject to a non-refundable processing fee (Visa & Mastercard 1%, American Express 3.3%).
