We particularly love the cottage-like grid windows that add a touch of the English countryside to this Californian mid-century home. With flora and fauna aplenty, the garden offers a sanctuary of peace and serenity and, importantly – privacy. And while pools aren't uncommon in these parts of the city, this one is particularly delightful. Spend your days sipping iced coffee on the day beds, with the option to take a relaxing dip, should the California sunshine with heat. The local area of Pasadena offers different prospects to some of L.A's glitzier areas as it is generally a much quieter and more residential area. However, with everything you need within walking distance (if not a quick drive out), this place serves as a dreamy 'escape' from the city while still only a half an hour drive away from Hollywood and Downtown L.A.
