In the remote reaches of Zimbabwe’s natural Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve, this exceptional lodge overlooks majestic landscape characterized by hundreds of ancient baobab, abundant game and unrivalled birdlife. The wisdom of thousands of years of Shangaan culture is depicted in some of southern Africa’s most pristine rock art sites on the reserve, and reflected in the lodge’s interiors through jewel-bright colours and striking patterns. The organic shaped buildings of Singita Pamushana Lodge are reminiscent of the ruins of Great Zimbabwe.
Thick walls, meticulous thatching and incredibly detailed stonework lay the foundation for bold interiors that are in marked contrast to the surrounding landscape. There are six palatial suites and a five-bedroom villa, all with private plunge pools and panoramic views. Daily activities on the reserve include game drives, fishing trips and excursions to rock art sites.- Extra Perks:
