Executive Chef, Nathan Michaud has crafted a lovely menu that caters to many palettes. The crispy cajun calamari is a favorite, as well as the hand cut steaks with signature butter! Boasting an expansive wine, beer, whiskey, and cocktail menu a pairing can be made with any dish. This casual fine dining experience comes with an Alaskan atmosphere adorned by brown bear, moose, caribou, and much more.
