Award winning Chef Tracy A. Little connects the guests through her love of the mountains, of food and foraging. The team incorporates this into everything they do with a focus on sustainability and craftsmanship. The servers will guide you in your tasting menu experience. We offer a selection of Canadian wines for our wine pairings, and unique, house made juices and other concoctions as a non-alcohol pairing option. Featured on Chefs Vs Wild. If you are interested in cocktails or mocktails, we have the most original and sustainable wild potions that you will find, and a rotating bar snacks menu to pair. Please do not reserve for cocktails and bar snacks, but walk in! We will be happy to seat you!Due to the size of our kitchen, we are not able to accommodate substitutions. We do offer menus for common allergens. Before booking with children (or in the summer with dogs), please consider if your child is comfortable sitting for up to 2.5 hours quietly at a table.
