SANTUARI offers a cuisine driven culinary experience utilizing a seasonal approach to produce.Led by Executive Seth Greenburg — the scratch run kitchen focuses on fresh, internationally inflected California cuisine.Santuari, “Sanctuary” in the Catalan dialect, is a hidden restaurant oasis nestled inside the Toluca Lake Tennis/Fitness Club which was founded in 1974. What was once a member’s only bar and restaurant has now been transformed into a unique dining space open to the public and available for private events.
