The Bedran Hall is the perfect venue for large conferences, workshops and receptions. The contemporary design and lighting make this the preferred venue for weddings, birthday parties, and large events in Belize’s Cayo District.

• The Running W Steakhouse & Restaurant features grass fed beef from 2 of their brother's family ranch, Running W Brand Meats
• The hardwood found throughout the Resort comes from the 3rd brother's lumber company, Pine Lumber Company Ltd
• The ice cream sold at the Resort is sourced from The Ice Cream Shoppe, which is made and owned by Mrs. Terry B. Carter's daughter
• Steak Your Claim grill nights features Belize's Grill Master, Tre Roberson, who is Mrs. Mariam B. Roberson's son
• Fan of the paintings around the Resort? These are all made by local artists and they are also available for sale to guests

The San Ignacio Resort Hotel, the longest standing hotel in San Ignacio, Belize is located in the Cayo District. Located just 5 minutes walking distance from downtown, the property also boasts 17-acres of private estate characterized by ample wildlife and rainforests views from its back facade. Since 1976, the Resort has been the #1 venue for all types of events (weddings to corporate) as it features the largest venue facility in Western Belize, the Bedran Hall. The property also boasts a smaller venue, the Caracol Room, that is perfect for hosting small weddings and reunions and a pool area fitting for a cocktail hour.
Design:
Our banquet and convention center, the Bedran Hall, is the perfect venue for weddings, receptions, conferences, birthday celebrations, and others. Since completing renovations in March 2010, it has been the preferred venue for a variety of personal and business occasions in San Ignacio.

The Caracol Room is also an adequate venue for small weddings, gatherings and parties. Air-conditioned for comfort, this venue offers natural lighting and an amazing view of the jungle and surrounding hillside— a meeting room where coffee breaks include watching the birds feeding on nearby trees.

Our Resort boasts the best conference and reception with the most hospitable and accommodating services in the region.

Our property is the only luxury Resort located within San Ignacio Town and its historical landmarks but also showcases rainforests views from its 17-acre private estate - a characteristic that has dubbed us "the only jungle in town." We have a beautiful outdoor area where you can see sightings of resident wildlife such as birds, including the Keel-Billed Toucan (Belize's National Bird), Bradford our resident 6-feet long Green Iguana, and occasional sightings of Kinkajous.

San Ignacio Resort Hotel is home to the Running W Steakhouse & Restaurant, named Belize's Restaurant of the Year 2016 at the Belize Tourism Board National Industry Awards. The Restaurant provides grass-fed beef from its own family ranch, Running W Brand Meats, alongside a selection of delectable entrées featuring Belizean cuisine, family recipes, vegetarian and vegan options, and personalized dishes.
The chic Lobby Bar, one of the newest additions to the Hotel’s facilities, is open to the outdoor dining area of our Running W Steakhouse & Restaurant and offers a modern Baroque design themed décor. In this relaxed, open concept and air-conditioned setting, guests can enjoy an innovative selection of classic cocktails and Belizean mixology offered alongside a menu of light plates. With live music on some weekends, the Lobby Bar is the perfect place for an afternoon drink, early aperitif or, late evening cocktails.
