Salt Box Studio is a rental studio space in San Diego that hosts photo shoots, video productions, and small events. We provide a full service rental experience with the amenities you need to make your production a success. We offer flexible rental durations to suit your needs and budget.

You’ll have access to 1800 square feet of production space, including our 2 climate controlled shooting spaces, client lounge with conference table, hair and makeup station, producer’s workstation, stylist staging areas and much more.

Our rental space works great for shoots consisting of portraits, products, still life, catalog, food, editorial, and video and can serve as a location for talent castings, meetings, corporate offsites, workshops, training sessions and small events.

Please let us know if you need full production services, crew, or equipment rental. Our owner, Justin Galloway, is a veteran of the commercial photography industry who can set you up with the right people for your photo or film project. If you need extra support, we can make it happen.
