Venue Setting

This venue is currently under construction and will be complete in December of this year. Sally Port View is accepting reservations for corporate offsites for 2024 and beyond.

SPV is a 57-acre waterfront event campus located in Three Mile Bay, NY on Lake Ontario. The 12k+ square foot main hall is equipped with many features to enable a comfortable and easy conference:

Spend the day focused on training sessions inside the climate-controlled event center with wi-fi
12-person conference room fully AVI equipped allows for private teleconferences and huddles
4,200 square foot main hall is equipped with HD projection and speaker style media setup
Commercial kitchen for culinary experiences
Private floor-to-ceiling stalls in every restroom
Patio and Lounge Area each is large enough to hold it's own event

We also provide services and coordination to take advantage of all the options available on the campus, as well as other opportunities in the surrounding area that are worth a visit while in town.

Fully catered experiences are available, as well as coordination with local hotels and restaurants to provide an opportunity to explore the North Country.

Additional Charges: There is a minimum charge for a full day corporate booking of $7,500. The average per person price is dependent on the activities scheduled but will include catering, drinks, use of the 60-acre campus, and all lodging.

SPV will assist in coordination of lodging at other sites, as well as planning team/corporate events throughout the 1000 Islands Region.

Venue Features

The Scene:

A sally port is a military structure that guards an entrance to an important place. You might see them at the back of courthouses or in old castles. We constructed a sally port for the main building dropoff to provide a stunning view of Lake Ontario when you first arrive, thus the 'Sally Port View'.

There are dozens of acres of fields that separate the event center from nearby structures and you really feel isolated when you get to the waterfront. The cottages are positioned only steps from the water, which is shallow flat rock and can be explored for hundreds of feet out into the Bay before getting deep. You might see a long nose gar or pike swim by your leg if you come during the right time of year. The swans, blue heron, bald eagles, and ospreys are continually flying throughout the campus.

SPV is intended to be a secluded, modern facility that provides everything a client needs so they can focus 100% on the experience.

Design:

This is a new event center with a tower above the sally port for great views of the lake and a change in chill in lounge room.

The black/white minimalist design and decor is intended for any client to decorate the site in a way that highlights their aesthetic.

Concrete floors, black/white board & batten, white/black siding and roof sets the site so that any color definition is accented.
