The Lodge is exclusively yours for the weekend of your celebration, from Friday through Sunday. Imagine one location for guest accommodations, rehearsal dinner, bridesmaid’s brunch, a special ceremony, and exquisite reception. We manage it all for you.

You won't be subjected to frantically scrambling from location to location; with guest rooms, an array of dining rooms, elegant common areas, outdoor leisure space, a range of ceremony and reception options, including a spectacular custom-built Sperry Tent, we offer the ideal setting for your special time. The Lodge is the ideal backdrop for spending time with family and friends during this once-in-a-lifetime event.

Our professional staff will guide you through wedding planning step by step. We offer the bride and groom a uniquely personal experience culminating in a memorable celebration for up to 200 guests.

The Lodge has 57 guest rooms on-site. 9 of those rooms a porch or balcony and overlook the courtyard and koi pond. Guests can call in to pay and reserve their own rooms. The rate is $219 per night and includes a full breakfast each morning. All guest rooms at RT Lodge are furnished with a king or two single beds, each topped with down comforters and made up with elegant, country-house comfort of Ralph Lauren Linens. Custom-crafted furniture, rendered in classic lodge style, gives each guest house unique charm. The private baths in each room are stocked with amenities that include plush robes, blow dryers and Aveda lotions, shampoo, and soaps. We also have a bride changing room the features lounge furniture, a fridge to hold your treats and bubbly, and plenty of space for a hair and make-up team.

We have complimentary glass bottle coca-cola products available for guests throughout the weekend. Mugs are always available in the lobby for guests to fill with hot tea, fresh coffee and in the fall we even have warm cider and hot chocolate! Every night as it gets dark all the outdoor fireplaces are lit and a s’mores station is set up for guests to enjoy. We even have acoustic guitars if anyone in the group feels like leading a few songs around the fire. We have 9 rooms that feature a porch or balcony and overlook the courtyard and koi pond.

The Lodge becomes your personal estate for a truly distinctive wedding weekend, customized with special menus, events and activities. All our rooms feature Aveda products & plush robes We have complimentary glass bottle coca-cola products available for guests throughout the weekend. Trevor Stockton, our Executive Chef, joined RT Lodge in 2010. Before coming on board as our Executive Chef he was honing his craft at the Relais and Chateaux property- Blackberry Farm. He has extended knowledge of the cuisine of the American South. Expect something you won’t see many other places—even at the most sophisticated hospitality destinations in the world. Your meals at The Lodge are uniquely your own. Every aspect of your meal is important to us. That's why we make our own bread, pickles, mayonnaise, bacon, sausages, pimento cheese, and scores of other hand-crafted ingredients and dishes. We shape our menus on the changing bounty of each season, with the freshest ingredients sourced from local farms and the best providers. Experience favorites such as our Casual Barbeque Feast, with house made andouille sausage, sticky sweet pork ribs, and beer brined chicken. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres before your reception or dinner with choices that include peach and blue cheese “thin pie”, plus stations featuring deep fried biscuits with braised short rib and pickled onion, artisan cheeses, and other one-of-a-kind choices. We also work with you to develop custom menus for your group that offer down-home comfort and great taste explorations. You’ll be delighted—and so will your guests. Our Chef and his team receive praise for all of their items but some of the most crave-able are the braised short rib, house made pimento cheese, collard greens and whiskey-caramel bread pudding. It isn’t just the taste of the food that is important to us- the visual presentation of the food is just as important. We make sure that every food station, buffet, plate or hors d’oeuvre is picture perfect.

The Main Lodge
The Main Lodge is the ideal backdrop for spending time with family and friends during this once-in-a-lifetime event. See the Gorgeous Event That Brought 75 Wedding Professionals to RT Lodge
Beautifully hidden away in a forest on an historic college campus, RT Lodge makes you feel like you’re staying at an upper class friend’s vacation home. There are acoustic guitars to play around the fire, where you’ll also find a s’mores station. There’s badminton, corn hole, croquet, and volleyball to be played. It’s basically your own personal estate while you’re there. So it’s no wonder that dozens of wedding professionals descended upon this secluded sanctuary in Maryville, Tennessee.
