innovative contemporary twists. The Wine menu at The Hyde Restaurant & Bar has been thoughtfully curated. The Hyde is perfect for an intimate dining experience for upto 12 guests in a seated arrangement and upto 30 guests in a standing reception.

It offers alfresco dining in a quiet, intimate setting that is perfect for a romantic escape or to relax with loved ones over delectable cuisine and amazing cocktails. Guests can also enjoy our quintessentially British Afternoon Tea in The Hyde Garden while enjoying the soothing sounds of birdsong. At The Hyde Garden we offer an array of private dining packages which can be customised to suit your preference. Whether it’s Afternoon Tea, breakfast, lunch or dinner, our team of experts will ensure that everything is blissfully perfect. The Hyde Garden can host upto 24 guests in a seated arrangement and upto 40 guests in a standing reception.
AFTERNOON TEA
Roseate House London elevates the most characteristic of British dining traditions with the Afternoon Tea at The Hyde. From signature English Breakfast tea produced by the last independent family run tea garden in the mountains of Malawi, to hand-crafted Dragon Well Long Jing green tea, pressed into the shape of a feather, sourced directly from the famed terroir of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The Afternoon Tea at The Hyde’s opulence does not attenuate with just scones and cream. It can begin with a glass of sparkling Moët & Chandon champagne or a cocktail from the bar’s award-winning mixologist. The invigorating aromatic brew is further complemented by a selection of fine sandwiches served on grand silver cake stands with homemade scones alongside our signature Cornish clotted cream, homemade strawberry jam and The Hyde’s lemon curd, which is a house speciality. In our endeavour to create exceptional experiences for our guests, we organise a variety of whiskey club tastings, wine & cheese pairing sessions and wine & dine dinners at The Hyde throughout the year.
