Nestled in the Sparta Mountains, this spectacular spot consists of a eleven-acres of private property with lake views, two islands, a natural birch tree archway (perfect for exchanging vows), and a stone fire pit! The 14,000 sq. ft. building itself features open and covered decks, separate cocktail and lounge rooms, and of course a grand ballroom complete with hardwood floors, remarkable lighting, and a spiral staircase leading up to a bridal suite.

Venue Features

The scene:: Rock Island Lake Club is set alongside a private, tree-lined lake creating a natural backdrop. Guests will be greeted by the breathtaking view before entering the charming cocktail lounge where they will enjoy an indoor/outdoor 90 minute cocktail hour. Guests are welcome to enjoy their food on the lakeside patio. After cocktail hour (and a half), guests will make their way upstairs to the elegant ballroom which features long Tuscany tables, lake views, and natural lighting.
Design:: Our building was completely renovated in 2014. Every year, we make improvements on the venue and the grounds to keep it fresh and up-to-date. Rock Island Lake Club is known for its rustic-elegant look and feel.
Standout venue features:: Our Couples’ Choice Award-winning venue is all-inclusive, where couples and guests rave about the food and service, as well as the stunning nature-filled setting.
Extra perks:: Five hours of reception time, lakeside bonfire pit, 30 beers on tap, champagne toast, bottled red & white wine on each dinner table, a selection of decor, ice cream bar included, use of our rowboat for photos, and more!

We have a total of 30 beers on tap with 24 different draft beers, including locally brewed NJ craft beer. We have 12 beers on tap in the cocktail room, 12 in the ballroom and 6 outside on the lower deck. Our wedding package includes premium open bar throughout your entire wedding at no additional cost.
